Romance Born in Heat of Quarantine Rule

Never in my world would I ever dream that at the age of 59, that I would find True Love, let alone massive Twitterpateness bursting in my heart, beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life!

It all started a month ago when I started dating this incredible man, let me tell you dating in the middle of Covid 19 can be like dating in the year 1848, where courting involved months of visits accompanied by chaperons. Now, instead of your parents as chaperones, the rules of Covid 19 have become a type of chaperone.

What is beautiful about this experience, is that it has given us real focus in building a lasting friendship, while we are having a blast discovering each other without distractions.

And let’s not forget the incredible romantic aspect of countless late-night phone conversations about our dreams, goals & our values.   PRICLESS!

And let me say he adores my magical artistic energy of Bright-Eyed Goals and Big Beautiful Dreams. And I adore his intelligent, gentle spirit and strength and integrity in knowing what he knows and his stamina for my high energy & inquisitive mind!

And let’s face it, any man that enters my world has got to have the stamina to admire my high level of creativity and my romantic gypsy goddess lifestyle.

Born in the year of LOVE, 1960 I guess you could say I was destined to have series of art dedicated to LOVE.

And as I approach my 60^th Birthday in July,  I wanted to let you in a few little secrets about LOVE and the back story of pieces of art irrupting from my imagination, in celebration of this special moment in my life.

I truly believe that True Love happens at any age, anytime to anyone when your heart is open, honest, and willing to create in abundance. Of course, creating with a likeminded soul of similar energy, spiritual beliefs, personal integrity, and moral values is a must in my world.

I have dedicated my life’s work to the many aspects and assets of love.

Back Story: In 2019, I dated a wonderful life-long, gentleman friend and we decided early on that we both preferred the idea of remaining good friends.  During this time a new series of art was inspired, called, ‘Twitterpated. These highly textured paintings combine flowers that I drew from my early childhood, and each painting are made of highly texturized 3D sculptural flowers painted in the shape of a heart.

Twitterpated defined: (Twitter- pated- pronounced twider-pay-ted) is a word that was first used in the movie Bambi in 1942. It means excited or overcome by romantic feelings; smitten- be strongly attracted to someone or something.

The entire series was created to inspire happiness & joy of life. The first eight paintings sold faster than I could paint them, a solid testimony to the happiness they bring to my art collectors.

Although, I have fantasized about finding and creating a love relationship with an ideal partner in this next phase of my life, I never thought that it would encompass masks and gloves. And on our second date over a 2.5 hour breakfast and a Art Business meeting I had to throw in the middle of our date, OMG, that he so graciously accepted it as part of my busy life, we got to know each other even more than ever. And the romantic feelings starting to swelled in my heart like tiny butterflies flittering about. AND THEN…….

Part Two:

I had heard so many good things about him for years from girl friends that I have known as long a sister.

The discovery:  through a long series of deep-seated conversations about anything and everything our friendship grew at a rapid pace.

And with each conversation it was like striking stands of gold that runs massively through my heart. And at the age of 59 this is quite fascinating and invigorating to say the least.

Yes, I say strike gold as this love is pure of light and I am Twitterpated beyond anything I have ever experienced.

And as I move forward into my new life, my new future, I will always honor all the past loves of my life and all the relationships I have experienced, as with each one I have learned more about me. As I approach the celebration of my 60^th Birthday July 9th, I am very certain about love and the possibilities to create more of it.

I believe true love is possible when two people hearts come together in naked honestly through a series of deep conversations that build an everlasting friendship about everything & anything. Of course, we all know communication is the key to discovery but also the key to a strong relationship. Like sward of a gold light that flows through the heart communication connects the soul on a whole new level. This new man in my life is the most AMAZING, LOVING, HONEST, OPEN HEARTED being I have ever met.
